Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 13th day of August 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Oakburn Orchards Limited
be liquidated and that Vivienne Brownrigg, chartered accountant of Te Puke, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of August 2002.
