Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
By resolution of the shareholders dated the 12th day of August 2002 and timed at 1.30 p.m., Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidator by the 12th day of October 2002.
