Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Brian Walshe and Richard Burge were appointed joint and several liquidators of Communication Systems (No 2) Limited, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidation commenced on Thursday, the 8th day of August 2002 at 9 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidators hereby fix Friday, the 30th day of August 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
No creditors' meeting will be called - the company passing
a resolution of solvency in accordance with section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.
