Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Mark Salisbury Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 30th day of July 2002, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of July 2002
at 10.30 a.m.
