Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Chicken 2 Go Dunedin Limited
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 1st day of July 2002, to
be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of July 2002
at 12.05 p.m.
