Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, R. G. D. Taylor, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of R M & C Trotter Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of August 2002.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
6th day of September 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and
to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
