Notice is hereby given that Peter Reginald Jollands, insolvency practitioner, and Catherine Jane Jollands, accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators of A1 Electrical Enterprises Limited (in liquidation) by order of the High Court at Auckland.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of August 2002 at 10.30 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts of Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidators of A1 Electrical Enterprises Limited (in liquidation) hereby fix the 30th day of September 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under sections 312 and 313 of the Companies Act 1993.
