Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that on the 29th day of July 2002, the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be placed
into liquidation and that Garth Lewis Moore be appointed liquidator.
A resolution as to solvency, pursuant to sections 243 (8) and 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, has been filed with the Registrar of Companies.
