Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 2nd day of August 2002, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that HIH Underwriting and Agency Services
(N.Z.) Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Kerryn Mark Downey and Alan Raymond Isaac, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of August 2002 at 12.30 p.m.
