Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 30th day of July 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that OP Distributions Limited (formerly Otago Power Limited) be voluntarily liquidated and that Christopher J. Swann and Antony T. Evans, of
T D Scott & Co, Chartered Accountants, Dunedin, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of July 2002.
The company is solvent and is being wound up due to the recent sale of the business.
