Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by order of the Court,
the above-named trust, in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, is to be wound up and that David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Crichton Horne & Associates, Christchurch, have been appointed as joint and individual liquidators of the trust.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of July 2002 at 3.00 p.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the trrust during normal business hours to Angela McSweeney.
The liquidators do hereby fix the 28th day of August 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
