Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Kazimierz M. Wojcik
and Katrina M. Wilgermein, chartered accountants of Wojcik & Wilgermein, Auckland, were appointed joint
and several liquidators of Tingey's Electrical & Hardware Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of July 2002.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to us at the address and telephone number stated below.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
15th day of August 2002, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
