Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 10th day of December 2001 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that
Coastal Trenchers Limited be liquidated and that Rhonda Lois Thomas and Donald Raymond Rassell, of Ingham Mora, Chartered Accountants, Tauranga, be appointed joint liquidators for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of December 2001.
