above-named company commenced on the 20th day of May 2002 at 11.51 a.m., when the High Court, Auckland, appointed Stephen Mark Lawrence and Brendon James Gibson joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
