Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

David Bryden Davidson and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company by special resolution of the shareholder on the 12th day of December 2001 at
4.00 p.m., the date and time the liquidation commenced.
