Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies

On the 11th day of January 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a), that Feilding Gas Centre Limited be liquidated and that
G. A. Coleman, of Coleman Accountants Limited, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of January 2002 at 1.00 p.m.
