Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 15th day of July 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Parua Pines Limited be liquidated and that Peter Jansen Oborn, of Oborn & Johnson Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of July 2002.
