Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 15th day of July 2002, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Barina Properties Limited be liquidated and that Martin Quinton Fine, solicitor of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
A declaration of solvency has been filed.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of July 2002.
The liquidator fixes the 20th day of August 2002, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
