Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) the Companies Act 1993
On the 30th day of April 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Guan Guan Investments
(NZ) Limited be liquidated and that Stephen Gerard Florentine, chartered accountant of Curtis McLean Limited, Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of April 2001
at 10.00 a.m.
This is the liquidation of a solvent company.
Prior to the appointment of the liquidator, a directors' resolution confirming that the company would be able to pay its debts was lodged with the Registrar of Companies.
