Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as liquidator of Anada Products Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the 4th day of July 2002 at 10.20 a.m., the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of Anada Products Limited (in liquidation), we fix the 16th day of August 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
