Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 16th day of June 2002 at 5.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Total Training Systems Limited be liquidated and that Michael Geoffrey Stuart, of Ingham Mora, Chartered Accountants, Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation of the company, which is noted as being solvent, commenced on the 28th day of June 2002.
