Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

On the 3rd day of July 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that 7F Limited be liquidated and that Kevin John Whitley and Don Joseph Blyth, of Auckland, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of July 2002.
