Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of May 2002 at 12.05 p.m., Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of Couldrey Properties Limited (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court in Auckland.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed the 30th day of August 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
