David Stuart Vance and David Ross Petterson, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators of Courtney Finance Limited by special resolution of the shareholder on the 27th day of June 2002 at 8.53 p.m.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A certificate of solvency, as defined in the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the shareholder. As a result, no meeting of creditors will be held.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 30th day of July 2002, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
