Notice of Hearing of Application to Appoint
New Liquidators
Take notice that on the 30th day of October 2002
at 10.45 a.m at the High Court, Dunedin, an application
will be made by the official assignee for the
appointment of John Anthony Waller and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level Eight, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland, to be joint and several liquidators of
WNC Hospitality Limited (in liquidation) in place of the official assignee.
Any creditor who intends to appear at the hearing whether
in person or by counsel shall file at the High Court
Registry, Dunedin, and serve a copy upon the official assignee at Dunedin:
(a) A notice of intention to appear in writing;
(b) Any representations or submissions in writing, no later than 10 days before the said hearing date.
