Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 11th day of June 2002 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Taurus Investments Limited be liquidated and that Kenneth Peter Brown and Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountants of Te Puke, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of June 2002
at 10.00 a.m.
