Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the company passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Bruce James Gilkison, of Gilkison O'Dea Limited, as liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of June 2002 at 11.00 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed to the liquidator by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 26th day of July 2002, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
A declaration of solvency has been executed by the directors.
Creditor claim forms are available at the liquidator's office.
