Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, by way of special resolution at a meeting of the shareholders of the company, James Bruce Alfred McAlister and David John Strack were appointed liquidators of the above-named company on the 28th day of June 2002.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of June 2002 at 11.30 a.m.
The directors have resolved that the company was solvent prior to the appointment of liquidators and, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 31st day of July 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
