Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Brian Joseph Walshe and Richard Brian Burge were appointed joint and several liquidators of Cashmere Enterprises Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on Friday, the 21st day of June 2002 at 9.00 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix Monday, the 15th day of July 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
