Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 3rd day of December 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Tenerife Corporation Limited be liquidated and that John Francis Pak, chartered accountant of Hamilton, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of December 2001 at 8.00 a.m.
Creditors and shareholders may make direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able
to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993,
a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
