Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 9th day of November 2001, the above-named company passed a special resolution to appoint Bruce Frederick McCullough as liquidator.
On the 31st day of May 2002 at 4.00 p.m., Bruce Frederick McCullough appointed Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy as his successors as liquidators of WGR Enterprises Limited (in liquidation) and resigned as liquidator.
