Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

(in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of June 2002 at 10.52 a.m, Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company by order of the High Court at Wellington.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of June 2002.
