Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, David Murray Blanchett and Peter Ross McLean, of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Waikato Chilled Freight Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of June 2002 at 11.05 a.m.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
1st day of August 2002, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
