Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Landell Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 7th day of June 2002, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of June 2002 at 1.00 p.m.
