Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Kevin Randall Hills, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of The Edge Partnership Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of June 2002.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 22nd day of July 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
