Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Brett Lachlan Campbell, chartered accountant of Hudson Kasper, was appointed liquidator of Spiderman Holdings Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of June 2002 at 10.00 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 19th day of July 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
