Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Gordon Arthur Hudson, chartered accountant of Hudson Kasper, was appointed liquidator of Sainte Neige Export Wines Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of June 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Gordon Arthur Hudson at Level Three, Merial Building, Putney Way, Manukau City, or by telephone on (09) 263 4640.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 8th day of July 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
