Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 14th day of June 2002 at 9.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Guy & Wright Sports (1983) Limited be liquidated and that Kenneth Peter Brown and Sheree Ann Hart, chartered accountants of Te Puke, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of June 2002 at 9.00 a.m.
Creditors and shareholders may make direct inquiries to the liquidator at the address and telephone number stated below during normal business hours.
This is a solvent liquidation and the directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993,
a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
