Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
John David Naylor, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, was appointed as liquidator of Jack & Jill Community Child Care Centre (Palmerston North) Incorporated by special resolution of the members, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the 14th day of
June 2002 at 7.20 p.m., the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidator of Jack & Jill Community Child Care Centre (Palmerston North) Incorporated, I fix the 1st day of July 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the centre are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
