Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Robert John McGregor and Richard John Clark, chartered accountants of Kendons Chartered Accountants Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Rutherford Management Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of June 2002 at 9.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 12th day of July 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
