Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Terence Charles Webb Bastion, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of Kentra Med Limited and Kentra Clinical Services Limited ("the companies") by special resolution of their respective shareholders on the 10th day of June 2002 at 3.40 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that I hereby fix the 19th day of July 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
