David Stuart Vance and Bruce McCallum, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators of Putahi Associates Limited by special resolution of the shareholder on the 12th day of June 2002 at 12.30 p.m.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidators will dispense with the meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 24th day of July 2002, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
