Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On the 4th day of April 2002 at 3.30 p.m., the above-named company passed a special resolution to appoint Carolyn Alice Keenan, legal executive of Auckland, as liquidator.
On the 4th day of June 2002 at 12.53 p.m., Carolyn Alice Keenan appointed Curtis John Mountfort, chartered accountant of Auckland, as her successor as liquidator of Golden Harvest Poultry Industries Limited (in liquidation) and resigned as liquidator.
The liquidator fixes the 12th day of July 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
