Notice of Termination of Liquidation

I, John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, hereby give notice that by order of the High Court, Palmerston North, on the 20th day of May 2002, pursuant to section 250 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidation was terminated, all creditors have been paid in full.
