Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 22nd day of May 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Triple B Holdings Limited be liquidated and that M. D. J. Bush, chartered accountant of Kendons Scott Macdonald Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of May 2002 at 12.00 midday.
