Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Neil Raymond Donnell
and Paul John McCormick, chartered accountants of Grant Thornton, were appointed liquidators of Melvin & Stark Building Contractors Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of June 2002 at 9.00 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
1st day of July 2002, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
