Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Leah L. Watson and Stephen
A. Rundle, chartered accountants of BDO Spicers, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Waipapa Land
Co Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of May 2002 at 11.20 a.m.
