Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
David Leslie Pearson, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed as liquidator of Great Southern Limited
(in liquidation) by special resolution of its shareholders under section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act").
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of May 2002 at 9.30 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims/Establish Priority
The liquidator fixes the 8th day of June 2002, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company must make their claims and establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
