Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the company commenced on the 23rd day of May 2002 at 10.20 a.m., when the High Court at Auckland appointed Derek Farrelly as liquidator of the company pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
