In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Adorn Cleaning Services Limited and Adorn Cleaning Services (Auckland) Limited (both in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of December 2001 at 12.10 p.m., Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named companies pursuant to a special resolution entered into the companies' minute books.
The liquidations commenced on the 27th day of December 2001.
